THE POOL IS OPEN FROM MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY ANNUALLY.

Thank you to All members of the Las Colonia Escondida Homeowners Association, for making ours the best community pool. All HOA members in good standing are now eligible to use their magnetic keys. Limit two (2) guests per HOA member and HOA Member must be present. 

Pool hours 10:00AM to 9:00PM. Closed Monday AM.

No Lifeguard on Duty.

La Colonia Escondida Home Owners Association Pool Area

 

The La Colonia Escondida HOA Pool Area is only for HOA Residents,

their household children, and up to two (2) Guests per HOA Member address. 

The HOA Pool area includes the Swimming Pool, the Baby Pool, the enclosed fenced area,

the Clubhouse, and the surrounding area.

 

Rules

 

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

USE THE POOL AT YOUR OWN RISK!

NO DIVING. NO RUNNING.

NO GLASS. NO LITTERING. NO PETS. NO TOBACCO.

 

Children under 15 are not allowed in the HOA Pool area without Adult (18 or older) supervision.

Adult supervision is required at the Baby Pool, and only for babies and toddlers in swimming diapers.

 

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. No glass containers, no alcoholic beverages, no tobacco products, and no pets are permitted. Food must be kept at least four feet (4’) from the pool. No pool furniture.

 

Dress for Success. Appropriate swimwear is required. Do shower to rinse off suntan and body oils before entering the pools. To protect pool water and equipment, the following are not permitted: balloons, cotton t-shirts, cut-off shorts/shirts, non-toilet trained children without swimming diapers.

 

Sign-In. All HOA Residents and Family and Guests will use the HOA Pool Sign-In Log or you may be asked to leave the HOA Pool area. All HOA Residents agree to identify themselves upon request by HOA Board Members. The HOA Pool Entrance Gate may not be propped open. No HOA Resident, their household children, or Guests may open the Entrance Gate for other persons. The HOA Pool Entrance Gate must be kept closed at all times when not in use.

 

Leave No Trace. Please use trash receptacles, remember, this is your pool. HOA Residents shall be responsible for repairs and damages caused by HOA Residents and/or Guests.

 

Be Kind. Disturbances are not welcome. Anyone causing a disturbance will be required to leave. Please no loud music, foul language, or poor behavior.

 

Share. HOA Residents renting the Clubhouse do not have sole access to the pool. All HOA Members have access to the HOA Pool during your event.

 

Be Safe. Safety Equipment is to be used only in an Emergency. No swimming during lightning storms. Get out of the water and seek cover. The HOA Pools and Pool Deck will be closed for 30 minutes following the last occurrence of thunder/lightning. The pools may be closed for: severe weather conditions/warnings, when visibility to the pool bottom is poor, or when any pool condition is not compliant with the State of New Mexico Aquatic Regulations.

 

Be Smart. Any infraction may result in being asked to leave the HOA Pool area and your HOA Pool Key may be deactivated. Loaning the HOA Pool Key is strictly prohibited and can lead to the loss of HOA Pool privileges. HOA Pool Keys will only be assigned to HOA Members current with their HOA Dues. HOA Members not current will be denied HOA Pool Area access. Any appeal to the enforcement of these rules may be made to the HOA Board of Directors, 806 El Centauro, Sunland Park, NM 88063.

 

Remember, these rules are to help ensure the health, safety, and comfort for all of us.
