HOA MONTHLY DUES

Our HOA mandatory monthly dues are needed to continue the maintainance of the common areas including the swimming pool, basketball court, playground, and pond area. Dues are currently $30.75. 

Effective January 2018, as per the HOA Bylaws, our Assessment Dues will be billed on an annual basis. Please be assured that you may continue to make monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual payments. Those few accounts past due twelve months or more are subject to the HOA Delinquency Policy, including a 6% per annum interest penalty.

Remember, the timely payment of your Colonia Escondida Homeowners Association dues helps to promote the recreation, health, safety and welfare of our unique neighborhood. Please keep your dues current.
