The rental rate per 4-hour period is $75.00 plus a refundable $100.00 deposit..
*If you intend to serve alcohol at your event, New Mexico laws require a security guard to be hired and present
* Rental of the clubhouse does not include exclusive access. If your planned event coincides with hours of pool operation the cluhouse and restroom facilities are open to our community members.
