Colonia Escondida Fine Policy

EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2024

This document establishes guidlines of the policy enacted by Colonia Escondida Homeowners Association (including a Schedule of Fines) for violations of the Association’s governing documents, in accordance wirh Texas House Bill 614 Fines and Endorsement Policy, the Texas Property Code section 209.006, and the Association’s Bylaws and Stated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (BCC&Rs).

This document also outlines the policy and procedures as stated in Texas House Bill 886 ASSESSMENT LIEN FILING regarding collection of outstanding HOA Fees and the filing of a lien or notice of lien against homeowners.
