Clubhouse Rental

The HOA Clubhouse is available for our HOA Members to use for any occasion. 

1. Birthday Parties
2. Wedding Receptions
3. Anniversaries
4. Family Reunions

The rental rate per 6-hour period is $150.00 plus a refundable $100.00 deposit. The 6 hour rental rate includes time alloted for set up, event, and clean up. Any addtitonal time will be charged at the rate of $25 an hour, (this fee is not prorated). 

1. If you intend to serve alcohol at your event, New Mexico laws require a security guard to be hired and present.
2. Proof of Security Contract must be submitted with application if any alcohol is intended to be served.
3. NO BYOB ALLOWED!
4. Rental of the clubhouse does not include exclusive access. If your planned event coincides with hours of pool operation the cluhouse and restroom facilities are open to our community members.
5. Rental of the clubhouse is restricted to Homeowners and tenants who reside in Colonia Escondida.
