The HOA Clubhouse is available for our HOA Members to use for any occasion.
The rental rate per 6-hour period is $150.00 plus a refundable $100.00 deposit. The 6 hour rental rate includes time alloted for set up, event and clean up. Any addtitonal time will be charged at the rate of $25 an hour, (this fee is not prorated).
*If you intend to serve alcohol at your event, New Mexico laws require a security guard to be hired and present.
Proof of Security Contract must be submitted with application if any alcohol is intended to be served.
NO BYOB ALLOWED!
* Rental of the clubhouse does not include exclusive access. If your planned event coincides with hours of pool operation the cluhouse and restroom facilities are open to our community members.
